Welcome to the Untergisserhof farm in Sexten! Surrounded by the bizarre rock formations of the Dolomites, the peaks of the famous Sexten Sundial, you will find our cosy rooms and apartments. A family atmosphere awaits you as well as the advantages of a house in the middle of the mountains, because our guests set off for hikes, bike tours & co. directly from the accommodation.
The Untergisserhof is a farm with livestock and is located in the district of Moos in Sexten. Our guests choose between rooms with bathroom and breakfast service in the morning or spacious apartments for 3-5 people. These consist of a kitchen with electric cooker, oven and refrigerator, a living room with sofa, table and corner bench, a large bathroom with large shower, a WC, an anteroom and a balcony. WLAN is free of charge in the whole house and pets are allowed with us.
The most popular leisure activities in summer include easy hikes in the Fischleintal Valley, challenging summit tours at the Three Peaks or cycling tours with the whole family in the Pustertal Valley. In winter, skiing, cross-country skiing and tobogganing as well as snowshoe hiking and ski touring in Sexten get their money's worth. The unique mountain world of the Dolomites – UNESCO World Heritage – will inspire you!

Summer
Nature lovers and active guests, especially, will love a summer holiday in Sexten in Hochpustertal. Located in the Three Peaks Nature Park, the wonderful place offers countless possibilities for hiking, cycling and climbing. Also, culinary delights in the picturesque alpine huts in Sexten are a highlight.
Winter
As soon as the first snow falls in Sexten, active guests only wait to explore the slopes of the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski area. Slopes for every level, modern lifts and the fantastic toboggan run on the Rotwand await you. Perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails and ski tours in fantastic terrain are also offered.

Right at our doorstep, there are the Dolomites. They are a well-known photo spot for guests from all over the world and a very special experience in every season. Whether it is a spring hike, a summer summit tour, a pleasure tour in autumn or fun on the slopes in winter – there is something for all tastes.
Our accommodation types
The south-facing apartment consists of a single room with bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer) and a double room with bathroom (shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, hairdryer). Both rooms have access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a corner bench, coffee machine, electric cooker, microwave, crockery and hob. TV and free WLAN are also available. Bed linen and towels are included.

The south-facing room consists of a double bed, a sitting area, bathroom with window (bathtub, WC, washbasin, hairdryer). There is the possibility to add 2 beds. TV and free WLAN are also available. Bed linen and towels are included.
Everything you need to know about your holiday on our farm
The prices are to be understood per apartment per day or an occupancy of 2 persons, for a minimum stay of 7 days. For each additional person, 20 € are charged per apartment. The price includes final cleaning, parking, bed linen and towels.
The indicated prices are to be understood plus a local tax of 1.35 € per person (from 14 years) and day, which is paid on site. The local tax is listed separately on the statement and charged to the respective municipality.
The apartments are ready for occupancy on the day of arrival at a time agreed by telephone or in writing.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:00 am.
Free WLAN is available in all apartments and rooms.
Pets are allowed on request and for a surcharge of 10 € per night. We kindly ask you to leave the premises as you find it on the day of arrival.
The booking becomes valid with the payment of a deposit of 30 % of the total amount.
